For dinner we went to Carrabba's Italian Grill and I had a small caesar salad, the sirloin marsala with half an order of mashed potatoes and a mini chocolate coconut mousse for dessert and a glass of merlot. I also had plenty of yummy bread dipped in olive oil and spices but considering I had over 1400 calories left for the day, I am not concerned that I did any damage.

Abs and shoulder and calf exercises approx 200 calories
