My nutritionist colleagues and I went to a Weight loss conference yesterday and the lunch option was TERRIBLE. I am estimating my calories and adding the snacks that I had (for which I know the calories) in green to differentiate. I really didn't feel like I ate much at all so the calorie total is pretty surprising.

Lunch/Snack

TJ's Lentil and corn crisps 130
South Beach Protein bar 140
Small container pineapple 50
2 TJ's chocolates 60
Caesar salad 350
very small cup beef barely soup 75
White seeded roll 150
Box raisins 130
Lunch Total 1085

Dinner

Pulled Pork 200

1 cup Breyer's chocolate chocolate chip ice cream 280

Total 2365ish

Exercise *** I am hoping that my exercise regimen this week will counter any ill-effects of the Caesar salad I had to eat for lunch.
Treadmill 4.25 miles 500 calories
Tricep and back weights 200 ish
700 calories
