Does anyone care? ha ha!
I was a major food blog slacker this weekend but I'll try to remember what we had. I had a turkey sausage link with half a cup of sauce and a cup of pasta with some parmesan cheese on top. I also had half a loaf of garlic bread and my standard dessert of ice cream and a vitatop, plus some wine. I am estimating that to be approximately
1300 calories!

Total 2605 - yikes!

I took the day off from the gym today! I managed to run 25 miles last week total so I figured it would be OK plus, it's snowy and yucky out and no one feels like going to the Y.
