A mini-hiatus

I didn't disappear forever, It just so happens that on Wednesday, I got a migraine and couldn't journal my food on here. Thursday of course, was Thanksgiving, and today I spent the day shopping and getting things ready for tomorrow. I have eaten 815 calories today and I have a healthy dinner planned so things are going fine. I am attending a wedding tomorrow so I think I'll just take a break until I can get back into journaling properly on Sunday. Or Monday.

I'm keeping track, I'm making good choices, I hope to still have a loss next Thursday... we'll see.

I have another excuse for not tracking my food accurately this weekend... I went out again! A bunch of the ladies from the neighborhood got together for a friend's bachelorette party of sorts and we went to a yummy local BYOB restaurant. I obviously planned ahead for this considering the exercise I did and the lack of food I ate throughout the day. I had a salad, grilled asparagus, a small steak and fries and chocolate molten cake for dessert and various glasses of red wine. It was delicious and fun and I feel like I planned ahead and all should be fine.

Back on the healthy eating and tracking train for tomorrow and the rest of the week... at least until Thursday. ;)

We went to a friend's black belt graduation party tonight where I had various snacks, drinks and other foods I probably should have been a bit more careful with. I have no idea how many calories it amounted to but considering I had roughly 765 calories left to "play" with, I'm not too concerned.

It also helps that my meeting is on Thursday which of course happens to be Thanksgiving this week, so therefore, I will not be getting "officially" weighed again until December 3...
