Hello All! I am back to blogging my food, at least for the next three days until I get weighed again on Thursday. My weight loss total is 86.4 pounds. I am only 10 pounds away from a "healthy" BMI. I know that BMI is just a guide but at this point in time, it's the best guide we have to gauge our health, in my opinion.
I have lots of weight management classes forming and it looks like I am going to be one very busy nutritionist. It means that I might have to start getting to the gym at 5AM, not really happy about that but I have to work out and it would be nice to just get it over and done with each day. One large class on Mondays at lunch, A small class on Tuesdays at lunch that we hope to grow into a larger class, volunteering in The Son's classroom every other Wednesday and teaching swimming on Wednesday evenings, A medium class on Thursday afternoons, a class that I attend on Thursday afternoons and a large class on Thursday evenings, two classes on Saturday mornings... phew! That's a lot! This would have to be my limit!
