I have another excuse for not tracking my food accurately this weekend... I went out again! A bunch of the ladies from the neighborhood got together for a friend's bachelorette party of sorts and we went to a yummy local BYOB restaurant. I obviously planned ahead for this considering the exercise I did and the lack of food I ate throughout the day. I had a salad, grilled asparagus, a small steak and fries and chocolate molten cake for dessert and various glasses of red wine. It was delicious and fun and I feel like I planned ahead and all should be fine.
Back on the healthy eating and tracking train for tomorrow and the rest of the week... at least until Thursday. ;)
