Is This Thing On? Food journal 11-1-10

Hi folks, it's been a while... a long while. I have been doing well with maintaining my 90ish pound weight loss but for these past few weeks, I've been finding things challenging to say the least. Halloween certainly didn't help, fun and friends equals candy and pizza and a bit of alcohol so for the next four days (at least) I know that I need to journal my food intake. So... here goes...

(We went to McDonald's because it was a fundraiser for The Son's school. I tried to make a "healthier choice" but it's VERY difficult to do at McD's because of the sodium.)

This is embarassing to write but I came home and had a slice of pizza which I estimate at about 300 calories and then I had my standard dessert of vita top muffin with light ice cream on it. About 380 calories ... Let's hope that Cycling class really DID burn 800+ calories!

Had a great cycling workout this morning and when I investigated the calories burned, a couple different sites say over 800! REALLY? I might have to keep doing this spinning thing.
